I like to spend time alone... 

I let my mind wander? 

Each time I go on a backpack trip... 

When the only time I talked the least ...

I am not rely on anyone else...

To face issues that I have been avoiding?

Concentrating my own feelings? awareness? thoughts? body?  

However, I still unable to break through the rough,
depths & matrix of myself....

may be I should plan for a longer backpack trip again...
